Learn to drive a modern, well maintained manual car with step-by-step guidance, focusing on real-world driving situations.

Structured driving lessons covering all DVSA-required skills including vehicle control, road awareness, junctions and safe driving techniques.

Lessons include preparation for the UK practical driving test, including mock tests, manoeuvres and independent driving practice.

Lessons are suitable for everyone, from total beginners to full licence holders in need of refresher lessons and/or confidence building.

I am an Approved Driving Instructor (Grade A) and have been teaching since 2012.

I pride myself on being a patient, understanding and reliable instructor, taking the time to explain things clearly and at your pace.
No rushed lessons, no pressure – just steady progress and growing confidence behind the wheel.
I am based in Musselburgh and cover the entire east side of Edinburgh and surrounding areas, including Prestonpans, Tranent and Dalkeith.
I have extensive experience preparing students for practical tests in both Musselburgh and Haddington Test Centres.
You will benefit from my excellent local knowledge of test routes and driving conditions in your area. This means realistic practice, smart preparation and the best chance of success.
